Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you live locally there is pickup available from our Sandringham location.
How do I track my order?
Once our warehouse team have packed your order you will be sent the tracking information for your parcel. If you haven't received one within a week of ordering please contact us at info@rcdfoundation.org
I ordered the wrong thing! What do I do?
No need to worry, it happens to all of us. Contact us at info@rcdfoundation.org and we will help you sort it all out.

Can I order in bulk?
We are more than happy to provide bulk orders! Contact us about how much you would like to order and we can discuss discounts with you via phone or email.
ABOUT THE RCD FOUNDATION
Where does the money go?
All proceeds go towards the Research, Care and Development of Paediatric Brain Cancer patients. Head to the RCD Foundation website to read more. So far we have raised $8.5 million and with your help we can keep raising more!
What is Connor's Run?
Connor's Run is held annually in September to honour the memory of Robert Connor Dawes, and is the world's largest event for paediatric brain cancer. As well as the the live event on Sunday, 12 September 2021, there is also a virtual "Your Way, Any Day" for the whole month of September (see connorsrun.com).
